In Emma’s early education, she received many character and service awards in recognition of her care and concern for others and high standard of self-discipline. On a personal level, Emma is an outgoing, motivated, and personable lady. She is widely respected amongst her peers for her leadership abilities and good humor.

Emma demonstrated excellent communication skills. Her people skills are excellent and her genuine and empathic approach to others ensured she built quick and lasting rapport with the students she supported. I would definitely recommend Emma.

Emma did a great job engaging with young people and supporting them to find work. The feedback from the young people was always positive. Emma never gave up and was very focused on getting the best result for the young person, I can highly recommend her.
