I am a calm and compassionate person.

Bringing patience, respect, and empowerment to our partnership.

I thoroughly enjoy learning about people and their story. I believe it is an honour to be invited to support someone in their pursuit to gain clarity or goal achievement.

I have been a Social Worker since 2016 and have a Masters degree in Mental Health.

I am an Accredited member of the Australian Association of Social Workers & Australian Community Workers Association.

Experience

Supporting people through bereavement, domestic and family violence, disability, relationship/ family discord, plus social disengagement.

Facilitating group dialectical behaviour therapy and connecting to recovery. Facilitating self-esteem workshops, breathing exercises, and grounding activities.

Management of anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal ideations. Create safety plans, recovery plans, harm minimisation plans, and goal plans.

Coaching in the employment and education space.

Case management in the Criminal Justice System: addressing low language literacy numeracy, substance misuse, delivering Emotional Regulation and Impulse Control training, facilitating Changing Habits and Reaching Targets workshops, administering Renavigating Anger and Guilty Emotions sessions, plus mediating restorative justice.

Organisational- practice supervision for allied health clinicians and professional development to reduce burnout plus vicarious trauma in the workplace.
